22.01.2022 Another great boot camp session, with a 1 Kay run followed by 300 squats, 200 push ups, 500 crunches and another 1 Kay run, Marcus dangerous Davis coming in first, me a distant second, followed by Luke colyer and josh Lewis.. Great work boys yous are going to be fitter than ever ready to fight by the time these restrictions are over!.. Remember to book in advance for boxing bootcamp or private one on one lessons..... 12.01.2022 Marcus Davis, with Sam the king Solomon after his bout, didn’t get the win due to a stoppage in the second, went down to the fight thinking an even match at 63.5 kilos Marcus’s opponent weighed in the night before at 65, Mary’s weighed in today at 63.8 drove all way down and we were there so decided to take the fight, Marcus killed the first round and caught a lucky punch to the temple right off a break in the second. Proud of you Marcus, back in the gym and work work work, your a champion!.
