10.01.2022 Earlier this month we welcomed Master Plumber Ryan back to the Maintenance Matters team. Our Plumbing Apprentice was clearly impressed by Ryan's plumbing knowledge and expertise having shared an appreciation post. Ryan used his experience to locate a leak following a report of excess water usage at a Body Corporate Property. An onsite pressure test indicated a drop in pressure most likely underground (no visual signs of a leak). Using only a couple of pieces of solder Ryan... located the wettest place on the lawn and with only two turns of the shovel had located a burst pressure pipe. Great job Ryan! #maintenancematters #welcomebackryan #plumberappreciationpost #shoutout
