20.01.2022 Lenders Mortgage Insurance is what protects the bank on the off-chance you default on your loan before you've had a chance to build up your equity. Generally you'll have to take out this insurance if you have a smaller-than-usual deposit (as you'll be considered a bigger risk). Get in touch for helping working out whether you need to pay it.

Moral of the story is there are always going to be plenty of opinions floating around, so it's worth keeping in mind that investing in real estate is a long game.... We can't predict the future, but history dictates that investing in property is as safe as...well, houses.
