11.01.2022 Amigos, After five years, we considered that it was time to renovate our premises and to give you great news of our new project in the CBD. We are going to temporarily close our location on 405 Magill Road and would like to invite you to make bookings before the 6th of November due to this reason. ... Last year, we began the idea of bringing a new concept of a contemporary Mexican Bistro (KUA Bistro and Rooftop Bar) into the CBD and rescue two buildings that are heritage listed in the process. As part of the project, we opened a new Laneway that easily connects King William to Gilbert Place and Peel Street in a model that is very popular in other parts of the world and in Australia. Our new baby is a 560m2 Bistro located on 27-29 Gilbert Place CBD. We are bringing a contemporary fusion of Mexican cuisine in a modern and unique concept for the first time. Kua Bistro and Kua Bar will be ready very soon and we will keep you posted about this. As soon as the new premises are ready, we will also announce the relaunch of Maiz and Mezcal.
