14.01.2022 Commercial rams out, summer drenching Cashmore Park Oakley bred ewes. Ewes havent been drenched since pre lambing 7th June 2018. Ewes were just starting to show signs of Barber Pole worms after 26mm of rain recently. Peakhill Immobilizer takes all the strain out of it.
13.01.2022 The aftermath of Sheep Pro Scanning Service. Mark diligently scanned 616 ewes for me today. All naturally mated ewes scanned at 161%, tops were 170% from ewes joined to ram lambs. 25 sets of triplets. This follows scanning three weeks ago for the early joined mobs. 90% of AI ewes concieved (the best weve had for years) and the naturals scanned at 164%. Looking forward to a busy lambing period.

11.01.2022 Rams finally shorn amongst the squally conditions over the weekend. Dale drenching and giving them their Glanvac 6 in 1 booster vaccination prior to our annual sale on the 5th October 2018.
11.01.2022 Committed to preformance recording and collecting accurate data for Sheep Genetics Australia - LAMBPLAN. 999th & 1000th lamb born, tagged and weighed at birth this morning. Weather has been great with very few SW fronts impacting on survival, unfortunately Milly & Indy (maremma dogs) have had their work cut out and we have suffered more losses than usual to the dredded foxes. I guess in the end you beat them with shear numbers.
10.01.2022 Lambs confused who his mother is. PK keeping a close check on new asrrivals. All three maremmas cant save them all but they do a bloody good job.
