12.01.2022 It’s been an awfully long time getting back to my happy place creating. The last 18 months I’ve done the bare necessities... but I’m currently using my time wisely.i sew from a beautiful spot 1.5 hrs from home... no interruptions. It’s peaceful and takes my mind off caring for my beloved mum who has Alzheimer’s and vascular dementia. Diagnosis has been along time coming. So here’s to pottering in 2020 and reclaiming my life.

02.01.2022 After being away for a month, coming back to find I have a date for knee replacement surgery, having my industrial overlocker die, I’m pleased to say I’m 4 weeks post surgery ... not off crutches yet... but able to drive plus we’ve got a new overlocker on its way! Yay. Things are looking up!! So I’m just starting to do a wee bit of sewing again!
