23.01.2022 We're busy trying to make your 2019 registration period as seamless as possible. Our latest upload contains a feature that everybody has been desperate for - the ability for members to correct mistakes on their registration after completing them. This should effectively eradicate all duplicate registrations from the system. We've put a process around it though which we think strikes a balance between members entering accurate information and clubs staying in control as to wh...at's allowable to be changed. 22.01.2022 Ashfield Sports Club are a premier football organisation in WA. They are going all in on our set of features, particularly our integrated Payment Plan offering for members, which they say will save them hours of admin work.

21.01.2022 Newmarket are a fantastic community club who Majestri actually played a lot of junior football against. We're thoroughly delighted to be on the same side of the ball now, and look forward to many years of working together to make life much easier for current and future committees.

16.01.2022 Sometimes it's the little things... It's still very common for clubs to advertise their events in things like school newsletters, local publications, and even shop windows. For this to be effective, you don't want people having to try and type in an unintelligible string of characters in order to register online for the event. Introducing......Friendly URLs. Now, when you set up an event in Majestri, you can come up with your own very simple web site address so that people ca...n easily type it into their browser, sign on up, and keep engagement high all year round. What else would make life easier as a volunteer? Comment on this post and we'll see whether we already do it, or could build it in.

16.01.2022 Our latest update sees the release of a brand new feature that we think clubs are going to love. As a grassroots club, it's an ongoing challenge to attract sponsorship from local community businesses. Our brand new feature, Sponsor Roulette, gives you a way to demonstrate the true value of sponsoring your club. Each sponsor, no matter the size of their contribution, has the ability to be the lone sponsor branding on every single email communication that is sent to your member...s via the system. This is just Part 1. We're already tracking each time a sponsor is branded onto an email - Part 2 will see us introduce a dashboard with all the metrics that you can then email to your sponsor as a report of their exposure to your members. https://go.majestri.com.au/mwpFeatureUpdates.aspx

15.01.2022 Another day, another small feature added. The previewing of your registration form has been enhanced to include the checkboxes that are going to appear for your members at the checkout. These include 'opt in/out' questions and the Terms and Conditions that you as a club create for your event.

11.01.2022 You love to see your friends do well, and Virginia United Football Club have been a great friend of ours for a number of years. From our perspective, VUFC are a superbly-run organisation, and their constant and close engagement with us has been a huge factor in the system evolving to the level that it is today. This award is thoroughly deserved and we would like to extend our congratulations to the entire club and community.

10.01.2022 Brisbane Netball Association are an organisation based in Bradbury Park with 5 affiliated clubs. We're really looking forward to helping you achieve your goal of a more streamlined admin operation in 2020 and beyond.

09.01.2022 In 2018, we released our newly-minted Payment Plan solution to our loyal clubs, which has allowed them to offer pay-by-instalment options to their members without the admin overhead normally associated with such a service. Because of the sophistication of our offering (it was way harder than we thought), we initially planned for a limited release while we bedded it down. That went out the window early on as clubs got wind of it and wanted in, so at our one-year anniversary, l...et's have a quick look at some stats from this first year. 52 clubs offered Majestris Payment Plans to their members as a means of paying registration fees. 1,818 club members created a Payment Plan as a convenient way to pay their fees by instalment. 10,753 direct debits were initiated by our system to fetch an instalment from a members bank account and apply it directly to their debt with absolutely no club involvement. We have a couple of major enhancements for 2019 to make this popular offering even better. Stay tuned for an announcement in the next couple of days!

08.01.2022 As the mid-year school holidays approach, now's a great time to keep your valuable juniors engaged with your club by putting on a Coaching Clinic or Holiday Camp. Majestri takes care of the registration and payment side of things, as you can just invite people to register who are already playing for the club in 2019. You may even be able to pick up some new players for 2020 by advertising to a broader audience via your website and mailing list!

07.01.2022 If you're on a club committee, ask yourself the following questions: * How long would it take to produce a list of all outstanding invoices sorted oldest to newest? * How long would it take to work out which players are up for an award for years of service at the next presentation night? * How long would it take to get the email address and mobile number of every parent/senior player that registered in the last 5 years?... With our brand new report screens, the answer for all 3 if you use Majestri is "less than a minute". We've snuck in a few software features over the last few months, but brand new screens are worthy of a post.

06.01.2022 It's always been a challenge for us to be able to show volunteers in their own time all the functionality the system has to offer without making them sit through a one-hour video. Today, we unveil our 'Showcase'. It's a slideshow of selected system functionality with player-like navigation controls, so you can either sit back and watch the whole show, or navigate to the particular areas that you look after on the club committee.
