We are as a nation always tend to be very resilient to come across all the natural disasters and financial collapses. But your statement in regard to in...ternational students yesterday was very heart breaking. International education is a multi billion dollar export industry for Australia. 07.01.2022 MYC proudly honouring the volunteers of Brisbane Sikh Templefor their exceptional ongoing services of delivering grocery hampers and cooked meals to the general public free of cost during COVID-19. It was the hardest time to organize such a large scale operation of cooking meals and packaging grocery hampers following the strict social distancing and sanitization guidelines with least number of volunteers.Our humble thanks to Senator Paul Scarr for recognizing the Sikh faith...s tradition of providing free food to all the devotees and visitors in all the Gurdwaras all over the world. Senator Paul Scarr recognized the Sikh faiths tradition of giving and sharing among the most needy and disadvantaged people in line with australian values in Australian Parliament Canberra. Our special thanks goes to Parnam Singh Heir for organizing such a great event today and contributing the community time to time. Our heartiest thanks goes to hospitality team Indian Brothers Annerley for their excellent service. Once again our huge thanks to all the volunteers and supporters of MYC for their unconditional support and dedication. 02.01.2022 Year 2020 turned out be the toughest year for most humans on planet earth. It has tested human race so rigorously. We started year in Australia with worst bush fire season. We all lost our loved ones , stayed isolated from each other for longer periods due to COVID -19 restrictions. We still bounced back as community hand in hand and helping each other. We have shown our resilience as a mankind , still beating the pandemic toward the end of year. The world’s biggest human protest is being carried out in New Delhi (India) against the new Agricultural Bills in India. Hopefully Indian farmers will be able to repealed these bills and Indian government will listen them better. May almighty god bless all the humanity with happiness and prosperous in 2021.
