24.01.2022 Always learning... practise makes perfect

21.01.2022 Well after some terrible weather yesterday we have woken up to a beautiful spring day in Canberra ready for day 2 of the National Capital shoot- 3 great 30 target championships up for grabs today- it’s not too late to come along and enjoy the day!

20.01.2022 A fantastic Wednesday night at Majura with 4 squads of DTL Mixed targets Competition, 3 squads for Compak Sporting, about 30 beginners for our come and try program, and the Ball Trap working overtime on practice for this Sunday’s NSW State Championship- all on Origin night! Congratulations to all the winners - and great seeing Webbys 25 clean in sporting. Matt Harris and Paul Jenkins took out the Deauville Doubles.... But last nights real MVP was Brad Brault - with the canteen closed and at late notice Braddo stepped up and cooked a delicious bbq to keep everyone well fed- always stepping up around the club!

20.01.2022 Well a massive week and weekend of lighting upgrades at Majura Park- investing in the future technologies and providing the best available conditions for our ever popular night time shooting. Not only will these 24 new LED lights give great visibility but save around 25% consumption of power. This project would not have been possible without- ... - SSAA ACT who continue to support the shotgun club and promoting the shooting sports. - Seb Hogan and his work crew from Shepherd Electrical Canberra who have donated dozens of man hours and materials to making it all come together. Seb has put in a lot of hours voluntarily this week and he’s done a great job. -Coates Hire for helping out with the Lifter. -Thanks to Dave Whiteman, Andy Vaccaro, Dan Power, Warren Zirkler, and Braddo Brault for their help finishing off today. And all our members who have contributed to the improvement of the range. Integrated Power
