24.01.2022 MAK CONVEYANCING GIVEBACK If you follow us you would know each year we donate to a charity in our way of giving back. This year in the month of September a portion of each settlement was donated to The Heart Foundation in honour of our beautiful Dad. The man with the biggest heart We want our donation to show our support for the thousands of Australians living with heart disease and raise awareness for those that may not know the signs they are living with it. We hope our donation helps fund lifesaving heart disease research that makes a real difference to people’s lives. X

24.01.2022 We made it Mak Conveyancing is now closed for 2020! What a wonderful year our little business has had, we set goals this time last year and smashed them all while surviving a pandemic! Mum (Kaye for those who have not met her) has come onboard to work with us casually, we have had more settlements then ever and adapted to new covid standards. I want to thank all our beautiful clients for the constant support and employing us to help with one of the most important transactions of their lives! We will be back on Monday, 11 January ready and excited for 2021! Merry Christmas and bring on the New Year!!

I offered my services and to save her the drive I would pop to her house and sign her paperwork. I was greeted with a smile and these beauties. I think we made each other’s day

Under the plan, home buyers would be able to choose between paying stamp duty or a lower annual property tax, which would continue to be paid by subsequent owners of the property.

06.01.2022 First Home Loan Deposit Scheme extension UPDATE as written by the NSW AIC: An extra 10,000 first-home buyers will be able to purchase with deposits as low as 5 per cent under an extension to the federal government’s First Home Loan Deposit Scheme. The extension only applies to newly built homes and comes with higher price caps.The extension to the scheme runs from October 6 to June 30, 2021. 04.01.2022 Yesterday Mak Conveyancing turned Seven Today we get to celebrate. I am so very proud of the business we have and thank the clients who have employed us by using our services along the way. In the last seven years I have gone from working from my bedroom with a 7 month old to my own office, employing my Sister (who I just thrive with) for the last 4 years and as of next month our Mum comes on board to do all our books! We have helped over 1000 clients Conveyancing is my life and I am forever grateful for everything that has come with it! Cheers
