21.01.2022 You can skip breakfast next Monday! Just bring a big appetite and some extra cash as Hoxton Park High School hosts Australia's BIGGEST MORNING TEA and prepare to feast for a cause! Cafe Hoxton will be serving coffee, water and soft drinks along with a sausage sizzle and krispy kreme donuts on sale alongside our cake stall! We are asking for students and staff to please donate any types of morning tea foods (cakes/muffins/cupcakes/slices/brownies/etc) and bring them to the HSI...E staffroom on Friday 22nd or to the Common Room on Monday morning if fresh/home-baked. A reminder as well to please support and donate to our brave student and teacher shavers who will be facing the clippers next Monday morning at 10:30am. The overwhelming amount of brave shavers has forced Alex from @makeastatement_hairdesign to call in some reinforcements and will now be joined by co-worker Georgia and Estelle from Estelle_Hair. Even if you're not shaving, take part in the festivities on the day with a $1 face painted Daffodil and $5 temporary hair colouring from the stalls which will be set up in the Quad on the day. We also would like to also to thank Harvey Norman Liverpool for donating a new vacuum cleaner, two $100 gift vouchers and a Family Pass to a Parramatta Eels game which will be raffled off on the day with all profits being donated to the Cancer Council. The day is pack-filled with great food, fun activities and lots of laughs to honour the memory and life of our dear friend Paul Lawrence and raise funds for the Cancer Council. Join us on Monday and support the cause, see you there!
