Shortly after, he has physio and then enzyme replacement capsules with his breakfast. He has taken over 100,000 tablets in his life. 15.01.2022 Kenshin wished to take his family on a cruise ship holiday and was looking forward to loads of ice cream and waterslides. But right now, kids like Kenshin, have had their wishes put on hold because of COVID-19. In the lead up to the wish, we take each child on a journey designed to build excitement and provide a welcome distraction from medical treatment. 03.01.2022 Meet big-smiling Blake. The 5-year-old was dealt a cruel blow when at only ten months old an x-ray revealed a cancerous tumour almost the size of his stomach. What kept Blake going during chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatments, was playing at a park located between the hospital and his house. It came as no surprise that Blake wished to have his very own park in his front yard. He can’t wait to spend his days on his own slide and swings.
