17.01.2022 I love making homemade gifts, this year I had to scale it down But we’re you one of lucky ones to receive a ginger bread house this year. I was only able to gift 3 (because of time restraints) Thankfully I was also able to make raspberry jam & chai powder also It’s mainly the last few years I’ve really been getting into homemade gifting.... Is there anything that you always wanted to make but have been putting it off for some reason? Mine was jam. But I’ve finally got over the fear

16.01.2022 While I have been laid up all weekend on bed rest, after having a small procedure on Friday, I’m all good #thermoshane has been in charge in the kitchen. This would normally send me into a spin. But now with the tm6 and cookidoo im no longer petrified So it was no surprise when he whipped this up for dinner tonight as it’s favourite dish.... What’s your go to recipes?

15.01.2022 I love to put fresh spinach in the bottom of my thermo server to place risotto on top. This is 3/4 full, but we know it won’t be that once hot risotto is placed on top This is one of those things that isn’t in the recipes but lots of people I know do. But after speaking with some friends they didn’t know about it.... What are your tips you would give to a 1st time Thermomix owner?
