23.01.2022 Today through our Instagram story we asked the people connected to us their concerns related to people’s mental health and our current pandemic. After compiling the questions we have made this ‘guide to a health lifestyle’ tailed to our MRM family and their biggest concerns. We will continue to offer our help to all people. We will open our arms and share other organisations who are giving out quality solutions to the people who need it. Food for thought... Today is all but complete.. tomorrow is a new day, a fresh start to focus on what you can control, to try new things, to have conversations you haven’t had, to smile, to laugh, to enjoy the day and what may come with it. Look out for each other, check in on one another, and let’s keep stacking these days day-by-day in the bank. In adversity lies strength & opportunity. See more

23.01.2022 How many times do you plan out your week with things that can improve your emotional, social & physical wellbeing? It’s extremely beneficial to have consistency with things that will enhance your overall wellbeing. One of the underrated benefits of planning is it gives you a far greater opportunity to have a positive outlook about tomorrow, or the next day, or the day after that. #makerunsmaxi #planning #positvewellbeing

20.01.2022 3 years or 1095 days, Each year to find the right words can be a difficult task. We send all our positivity and strength to your family for today, Chris, Kim, Joesph, and Eli. Over time it becomes clearer that you are still very much here not just in our thoughts but more importantly you’re here, strong with your spirit, and..... as life evolves we are continually faced with the challenges that present themselves each day and night but keeping you in mind and knowing you are looking down on us gives us the strength to push on forward in the pursuit for a stigma to be broken, and a life to be remembered. Keep making those runs up high young man, Isaac ‘Maxi’ Walters.

20.01.2022 Some great tips for parents throughout this time

18.01.2022 I’m losing at 2020, the year feels like a failure and we have problems everywhere. Or, What can I learn from this situation, I have an opportunity to find a solution to help enhance my mental state and improve overall. Our mindset now more so than even is everything. Sometimes pausing the game to readjust and realign ourselves with the important areas in our lives is more powerful than we give ourselves credit for.. are we stuck at home or are we safe at home? Who knows... depending on our mindset. #makerunsmaximindset

07.01.2022 A big Make Runs Maxi Happy Mother’s Day to all the mums out there

06.01.2022 The future for us and our communities all around the globe are unprecedented and unknown which we understand will have a large effect on people’s social an emotional health and well-being. Although we cannot give answers to the outcome of a pandemic what we can do is encourage all people towards systematic ideas that can enhance your current situation into a positive one. In these times many things will arise, things we can control and others we cannot but no matter your cir...cumstances your own and others health are what come first. Use self isolation & social distancing for reflection as their are many without a bed tonight, listen and learn about our reality, and understand in the context of the globe no matter how bad it may be things will get better, slowly but surely we will draw strength from our neighbours. Display solidarity and patience, be resilient, stay strong, connected as one to do our bit for our communities and the people in them. Let’s make these runs together MRM

05.01.2022 A small reminder from us to you as we slowly work our way back to some form of normality. The most common challenges mentally we all have faced in this time is real uncertainty, and that uncertainty often leads to anxiousness and we spend much of time on a mental loop. This loop which comes from unavoidable conversations about our situation, the television news, the paper, social media, can all make things feel overwhelming, but, It’s important to recognise and understand lif...e itself isn’t guaranteed and every day we wake up is a true blessing we can thankful for. Reminding ourselves that helps focus in our loop of mental thoughts on the more important things to life. To be grateful to have shelter, be feel empowered by others making the best out of a unique situation, to be thankful that our reality is very positive when looking at it globally. Overall we are going to be okay, because our attitudes reflect communities working together, helping our neighbour up, listening and providing outlets, mentally, emotionally, and physically. So with that, let’s keep making runs together! Let’s stick by each other and empower the person next to us with every opportunity we have #makerunsmaxi #positivementalhealth

03.01.2022 For anybody who needs a little encouragement today. You’re doing great! keep smiling, and keep going. MRM

03.01.2022 Have you checked in with yourself lately? Transitioning into the winter months, those shorter days, those colder mornings & nights can shift us and our emotions. What seemed like the start of the year is now the middle part and before we know it we’ll be into the later months of the year. Keep checking in with yourself and keep putting your well-being first. #makerunsmaxi #howdoifeel

01.01.2022 This morning for mental health awareness month Maddy chose to share some insight into her journey with mental health. Reading the preciseness and clarity of what Maddy has been through we thought It would be great to share her story through our platform. To give you context Maddy is an ex-St.Patricks college Launceston student, walking a path many of our young youths who engage with MRM have walked or are otherwise walking. It’s healthy to see Maddy share her story and it’...s a privilege for us to be able to share it. We’ll continue to encourage and help anyone that wants to help others with sharing their story. Thank you Mads, #makerunsmaxi #mentalhealth #expressyourself #positivementalhealth
