25.01.2022 Meet the latest addition to the gym, the 8KG technique barbell. Im really excited to have this as part of the kit, it means that Ill be able to teach beginners how to do fundamental movements patterns, without having to worry about the risk of injury!

The bottom weight is todays effort! How did I achieve this? Attention to technique, correctly structured and consistent training. If I can do it so can you!

18.01.2022 Finally my custom lifting belt arrived after almost 3 months since ordering! I thought I would break it in with some low bar squats, followed by deficit RDLs as my lower back has been unusually tight recently, the video shows the last of 3x8 reps of RDLs. The belt feels and performs great and as a bonus, my lower back is back to where it should be, pain free. Conventional wisdom tells us to rest when sore, but sometimes lifting is the best medicine!
