What was the name? I cant remember. You might think Ill just do a search by last saved file good idea, that should work! If youve saved it in that folder that youre searching. Chances are you will find it but what if you wrote that document years ago?... What if you suddenly need it, now youre in a bit of trouble. Using correct naming conventions will help reduce the chances of this happening. If you have a standard for this you wont find yourself calling a document Really good marketing strategy instead you will know that Marketing_Strategy_ How to create facebook ads will show you every document beginning with Marketing Strategy in your file system. They will also be listed alphabetically for your convenience. This is a great habit to get into and I tell you this as something to do from the start or right now, because for many years, I was one of the ones who didnt and as a consequence have lost countless amounts of documents. For men, they can listen to an entire dialogue and the only thing they will hear is the part about the price. Our pre-qualification process requires that people are told four times before they attend our studio that purchasing decisions are made on the day and we do not provide proof sheets to take home. Still, we get clients who are shocked when they are told for a fifth time, at the viewing session that if they want to buy anything then today is the day to do that. No-one told us that they will say (Uh, yes, we did four times) but you just have to move on and manage the situation.

I brushed it off for years but as I heard different educators talking about it, I thought I should investigate it more and really thought about it, eventually I discovered it and it wasnt anything like I thought it would be. I used to think it would be something noble like helping find a cure for cancer but in the end I found tw...o reasons, the first was that what I do helps people to see themselves in a better light, to be less critical of themselves and the second was just because it made me happy. I love doing what I do, I dont want to do anything else and when your work makes you happy, it translates to those around you and to your customers and ultimately, in some small way to humanity. The long game here is that you feel better about yourself. Any day that someone walks into our business and walks out feeling better about themselves is a great day for us, by improving their self-esteem through our photography, they are improving ours and it becomes a perpetual cycle of good.
