12.01.2022 It’s a super scary time to be running a business that is based upon people coming in to take classes. As you can see, we operate with small class sizes in a huge space, and I’ve been vigilant about cleaning and hygiene practices during and after each class. 04.01.2022 Making sample/tester garments for the level 2 classes this term in different fabric compositions to work out what to use with the kiddos (I’m basically looking for the easiest to work with). This is the free #rowantee pattern from @misusupatterns and I am really pleased with both the quality of the pattern, and the fact that the size range extends quite large. It means that some of the older tweens in my classes (and I) can sew the same pattern as the tiny, youngest students.... I made the long sleeve version because there is a gap in my wardrobe these will fill nicely, but I think the kids will make the shirt option. I was worried that the patterned 100% cotton (which had less stretch) in the last 2 pics would make the neckband quite tricky, but it was fine.
