25.01.2022 ~ Retention ~ Two week retention on a client with volume lashes. This is a prime example of someone who takes good care of her lashes! Her lashes are healthy and the extensions have great retention. Tips to ensure retention, healthy lashes and prevent any infections and inflammations.. Wash your lashes daily with a lash extension approved foam cleanser. Use the brush provided. I suggest to use your mascara wand/spoolie as well for a deeper cleanse to the root of your l...ashes Brush your lashes daily Wear minimal makeup around the eyes No mascara Avoid oils near your lashes Use lash serums to keep your lashes healthier (great for those who don’t have many lashes to begin with as it promotes new growth and strengthens fine hair) Don’t rub eyes, pick at lashes or pull Do. Not. Apply. Fake. Lashes. I repeat! Don’t do it! The glue gets stuck in the lashes, when you remove the lashes it rips out your extensions as well as your natural lashes. Ouch! And is a technicians nightmare picking out tiny clumps of glue! Satin/silk pillow cases are a great option for lashes.
