20.01.2022 HAPPY SUNDAY I didn’t sleep well last night, but I couldn’t stay in bed and try to sleep in, does anyone else get like this? I’ll probably end up passing out half way through the day hah - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I discovered a new podcast this week called French Kiss Life by life coach @tonyaleigh and honestly, I am so in AWE of this incredible woman’s resilience and wellbeing - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ... It hasn't been easy being in lockdown for 7+ months here in Melbourne, but Tonya’s little reminders, like how to wake up, show up for your day by being your own authentic self. Retraining your inner monologue/neural pathways to speak to yourself with the love and kindness you show the world to truly heal your emotionality - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - So I have consciously made the effort to get up every day, do my hair and makeup, wear my nice clothes, talk kindly to myself, learn to love my own company, research, learn, avoid the mundane, and each day I am feeling a little bit better - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I’ve recommend Tonya’s podcast to so many people already, as the beauty and grace this woman has to liberate peoples lives and psyche for the better, is truly profound.
