25.01.2022 This is the kind of makeup that makes my soul happy....the kind that enhances someones natural beauty and unique features. Dont get me wrong its fun to glam but this kind of brief is where I feel most like myself in studio. @oliiviaj_ had a session with @keo_photo_studio to get some new look book pics so its was extremely important to keep her looking like herself. Even her hair was just fluffy blow dried before coming in and then I just framed around the face with the iron and put a few sporadic curls in and then clamped over them with the straightener so it just looked naturally textured and full. #makeupbykimberlymarcs #naturalglam #editorialmakeup

23.01.2022 Dan Andrews heard the desperation in my voice and announced yesterday that as of June 1st the beauty industry is back in business!!! Yasssssss!!! All Covid-19 precautions & policies that were in place pre-lockdown are still in place. If you need a refresher these have been saved in my highlight reel for you to read through. I suggest any Brides still needing their trials done to book in the next few months before events open up again and the craziness begins!!! I have always ...practiced that each client has a new a set of brushes and then all brushes are doubled cleansed each night after use. This is pretty much due to the fact that I dont have enough time to clean them to the standard Im happy with between clients so this is more important than ever right now and each appointment slot will have time between for me to disinfect the studio down.
