17.01.2022 Today is "R U OK" day. Along with #Liptember this month covers many mental health issues. One in 4 people will be suicidal at some point in their life, that's a crazy high number for an illness we dont speak about often enough. An illness where people are shamed and stigmatised and its up to us to change that.... Mental illness effects every single person, either by suffering from it themselves or having a loved one suffering. Yes, suffering is an accurate description. We need to celebrate our mental illness survivors just the way we celebrate survivors of other life threatening illness. So please today and everyday check on your friends. Please check on all your friends, not only the ones who are obviously suffering..... people become really good at *MASKING* mental illness, so your happy friend, your loud friend, your funny friend they all might very well be suffering in silence. 16.01.2022 It's October, if you've known me for any length of time you know I am obsessed with Halloween and Christmas, so this is my favourite time of year. This is super basic and I'm super rusty, but it was fun non the less.

15.01.2022 Beauty (exl. Hair) is not expected to be open until Nov...... at the earliest, depending on numbers and time frames, in reality, we might not open again at all this year. This is absolutely DEVASTATING to so many of us small, independent salon owners. I don't even know if I will be able to re-open, personally it means starting from scratch - Again. The products in my makeup kit are already out of date...... my beauty services were supposed to pay for the replenishing of that.... My beauty service products have a shelf life, I already replenished those when we reopened earlier this year..... they will need replacing again when we get the go ahead to open our doors. I simply don't have the funds. I don't know what to do, I have to process this, but I'm devestated. Sending so much love and strength to my Vic beauty sisters right now. This year man, what a F@*er. 03.01.2022 Hi guys, I've had a few people message to ask if I'm opening on Oct 19th. Here's the thing, we are HOPING to go to stage 3 now on the 19th one week earlier than projected, BUT, we all know that this is a moving scale and is all quite fluid. I am opening once restrictions lift, yes! I cannot say what date that is going to be at this stage, hopefully it will be earlier than Oct 26th ...
