Despite physical setbacks, Nicholas' endeavour within the workforce creates a 'way-of-life' for aspiring cooks. As a role model for aspiring cooks, His 'lead by example' approach provides a joyous atmosphere within the kitchen, and its an absolute pleasure having Nicholas lead our team :)
