07.01.2022 Carving the Beef yesterday for Hot Roast Meat rolls. There was also Chicken available. Extra options to add to the rolls were Coleslaw, Grated cheese, Mustard, Mayonnaise and Gravy. Lots of happy guests make for satisfied hosts.
