It was South Australias first national park and the second in Australia. During 1896 a kiosk was opened and the first two tennis courts were built. Within twenty years this number had increased to more than forty courts. The adults would concentrate on the sport and the children would disappear into the bush and play around the creeks and ruins of Old Government House, which was reopened in 1960 to the public". Family picnics were always a great source of excitement and with the freedom that kids enjoyed back then they were always great adventures because there was always something new to explore. We used to catch tadpoles in the creeks and take them back home in a glass jar hoping to see them eventually turn into frog. Funny though, how I can never remember any frogs! See more

09.01.2022 A recent job that was a pleasure to see in our workshop was Davids 1949 ford freighter. David completely rebuilt the vehicle including panel and paint job. MWA supplied flywheel, clutch, hydraulic bearing, bell housing, to go with a centre shift T5 gearbox. We also did the tail shaft and diff rebuild with a ratio that suits perfectly. Working with our customers on these projects from inception to completion is very satisfying especially when they come together as great as this one! #aceclutches #ultimateshortshift #tremec #ford #malwoodautomotive
