05.01.2022 Love when Spirit calls and space is than provided to allow this calling to shape and form the unfolding of your life. This is the power of intention. So often Spirit calls and we feel that we need to go and act upon this straight away. For a good year or maybe even two Spirit has suggested that the combination of restorative yoga and Kundalini meditation would be incredible offering.... Have learnt to allow things to take their own time and shape to shift into reality and this brings forth magic. One such magic is the very first offering of Mala Alchemy's Recharge and Renew sessions. Janie Gibbons has come into my life as a dedicated student who is as much in love with yoga and myself. Her personal practice is one of support and self-nourishment ... something else we share. Space has arrived in Janie's life where she is open to offering more classes so it merged perfectly with the suggestion of Spirit to combine restorative and Kundalini meditation.
