20.01.2022 Happy Saturday!! Just a quick update on which programs are running. At this stage there are no changes to the timetable. All sessions will be running as per no...rmal. I am being extra vigilant with cleaning, but feel free to bring your own yoga mats, bricks, bolsters,etc. I haven't been able to get hold of any hand sanitiser or paper towels, but have plenty of soap & water. 19.01.2022 After a rocky start to 2020 we’re looking forward to a bit of normality. Back to our regular timetable starting tomorrow with Vinyasa Yoga at 9am and Hydrotherapy from 11:30. It’ll be great to catch up with everyone.

06.01.2022 It’s amazing what you can achieve with that little boost of adrenaline (panic). It took me about an hour to drag all of these plants out of my garden & into the... yoga studio & pool area when there was a fire coming. It’s going to take me nearly a month I reckon to drag them all back out again. See more
