25.01.2022 Equinox Event was Stunning. G’day everyone; The Equinox Event at Clive and Wendy’s Enuma Elish spiritual retreat, Ravenshoe, yesterday (Saturday March 21st) was a beauty. It was a lovely day weatherwise. There was a nice balanced figure of twelve people attending to enjoy, (unfortunately, several people could not attend for various reasons), the Sound Healing Meditation, which vibrated through the very cells of the body; Lia Scallon’s beautiful angelic singing which lifted ...everyone into higher realms; and of course the message that I channelled that came through from a very highly evolved entity who called himself Moktl. Moktl did not mince words! He delivered an astounding message of some forty-five minutes in length filled with very important information. Once again, the gremlins found their way into my attempt to video the event, whether by human error or higher realms interference. However, all was not lost as I had the foresight to record the session on my digital voice recorder: So, the message in its entirety will be transcribed and posted on my website Aranuth .com in coming days/weeks as time allows. 22.01.2022 The Mediu Malcolm Bell Thoughts Alive:... As usual my guides chose to call and deliver advice at a very early hour; I don't mind; I only sleep for approximately 6 hours each night. The subject of their early a.m. chat this morning was "Thoughts" and the volatility of them. For many years now Guides have been advising us to "watch your thoughts". A very advanced medium who used to mentor me was apt to say "watch your thoughts because thoughts have lives". We all know that creation and manifestation have their basis in the power of thoughts so that makes a lot of sense. It is also known that when strong emotions are attached to our thoughts we have the formula for the embryonic maxim for manifestation of those thoughts. Stilling the mind is very important when it comes to thought control. The guides advised that if everyone could read everyone else's mind via mental telepathy we would soon learn to control our thoughts. So the message from the guides today is for us to be as still and quiet as possible (even in these tumultous times) take control of our mind, think only positive and love-filled thoughts. If someone is causing you angst or distress simply return serve by by sending out compassionate, forgiving, kind, and loving thoughts to help them overcome their issues. P.S. 21.01.2022 The Medium Malcolm Bell ... The Magic of Breath Good morning everyone: it is 1-55 a.m. the 23rd of April 2020 here in Australia. The guidance that I am receiving is about the vital importance of breath. Breath is an important and essential part of life. It also plays an important part in bridging the gap between physical life and developing and opening up communication between realms and clearing the pathway for you to access higher vibratory realms and enter altered states. It is recommended that you sit still, relax the entire body, and clear the mind of clutter. Now, to commence with accessing higher and finer realms, frequencies, it is most beneficial to start with ten breaths, ten large breaths. So now with a clear still mind and a relaxed physical body take a nice long, slow, deep, breath in through the nose, hold for three seconds, and with a long, deep, sigh aaahhh as you release through the mouth. Now breathe in again through the nose, until you have filled the capacity of your lungs, without undue stress or strain on your lungs, now hold for three seconds, and release with a relaxing long drawn out sigh, aaahhh. It is recommended that as you perform that in-and-out breath ten times, you then with empty mind and relaxed physical body simply continue to breathe normally. Do not take large breaths, do not take shallow breaths, simply breathe in gently through the nostrils and out through the mouth at a cadence that feels relaxing and comfortable for you. It will be of further benefit if, while you continue to breathe in a normal comfortable manner, you recite whether it be in silence mentally, or verbally out loud; (it is more powerful if you speak it out loud) I close my eyes I cannot see ... Breathe in again, hold for three seconds, and breathe out sighing. Now say: I close my ears I cannot hear’. Breathe in again, hold for three seconds, and breathe out with a sigh Say once more: I close my mind I cannot think. Breathe in and breathe out with a relaxing sigh. Now continue with your relaxed and comfortable in-breath and out-breath while you focus on nothingness; absolute nothingness. If a thought comes through do not detain it, do not dwell upon it, simply allow it to pass on through unhindered. 19.01.2022 The Medium Malcolm Bell 3-14am, Friday 21-8-2020... Intensely powerful: the message. Hello everyone: A communicator from the collective consciousness called Aranuth channeled through me on the evening of (Friday 21st August). It was not unexpected however, the intensity and power of the delivery of the message was a bit overwhelming. In the beginning: One of the attendees remarked earlier that she saw a woman in spirit form wearing a long multi-coloured dress. Later I caught a brief glimpse of the same woman in spirit form myself. From there we progressed to recording and filming the video that is now up on ‘Aranuth Speaks Youtube’ it is very powerful; this a cracker and well worth viewing. At the end of the 30 minute channeled video the woman in the multi-coloured dress attempted to channel a message through me as well however, she could not come through because she could not handle the residual extant power that surrounded the Aranuth communicator. As I went to bed, I clearly heard the woman say my name is K.. I have withheld her full name for the present. At this point it would be beneficial for you to view the video then read on. It almost always happens, spirit arrives between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. most mornings to wake me from my slumber, deep or shallow, to bring me a message or perhaps information and knowledge. This time it was quite a bit different. 3-14 a.m. I was awoken by a presence in my bedroom; I knew that it was K but could not see her clearly. When I advised K that I sensed her but could not see her she remarked, don’t look at me with your physical eyes, view me through your third eye, your minds eye Wow, K came into view. A beautiful thirty-ish looking, long raven-haired woman dressed in a fine white cotton blouse and floor length multi-coloured full skirt. K said that she had wanted to follow the Aranuth communicator with her message but his extant energy was too powerful. K said that she would have liked to advise us of the power of using perception in addition to the mind-set of positivity spoken of by the Aranuth communicator. K stated that in every moment it would have magnificent results if everyone would see their life, times, and surroundings, others, everything, as absolutely perfect; glowingly perfect, then our environment and everything around us would change instantly simply because everything in our life, in our world, would appear to us as absolutely perfect. By our changed perception, we would have created and manifested (in our perception, in our eyes) beautiful surroundings and a perfect world. 19.01.2022 Malcolm the Medium G’day everyone: Several people have been phoning, texting, and emailing lately to comment that their outlook, understanding, and their view of the world and its ongoing intrigue has been severely compacted owing to recent events world-wide. All across the planet there are protests, dissent, disagreement, international sabre rattling, threats, person-to-person aggressiveness, and horrifying incidents of man’s inhumanity to fellow man. Whatever happened to pe...aceful co-existence? Whatever happened to treat others the way that you would like to be treated yourself? Hmmnn. Perhaps we all need to be reminded that the old paradigm needs to be broken down and totally removed piece by piece before the new paradigm can be installed. The cracking, decaying, and obliteration of the old obviously will be difficult to bear for many souls however it would pay to remember that All is in Divine Order even though on the face of it the situation may appear doomed. There is a newer world, an uplifted, peaceful world, filled with love and abundance, waiting for us if only we would think and act positively: whatever the question love is the answer! If we awoke every morning with genuine heartfelt feelings of thankfulness and gratitude for all that we are, not have and voiced it out loud, the world around us will change for the better. We are the co-creators of our reality; be careful what you think, it just may become manifest, Well, it will. We are here on this earth at this time to be part of, to be of assistance, and be witness to, this massive change of the ages. 14.01.2022 AAA The Medium Malcolm Bell... 4a.m. 26-3-2020 Hello everyone: Guidance has me up early and is telling me that from the 2nd to the 5th next month, April, both days inclusive, our planet will experience a change, a charge, of cosmically sourced and generated energy that will have an effect on souls incarnate that may be individually experienced depending upon your present level of advancement from rather mild to a little bit wild. Your physical may feel a bit ‘tingly’ all over and have an unusual heartbeat. This will be your physical heart and energy heart combining and activating your higher consciousness. A time of already predicted change is waiting in the wings, standing by ready for implementation. 09.01.2022 The Medium Malcolm Bell G’day everyone:... This pesky COVD-19 virus has thrown everyone’s lives out of whack. (The collective consciousness group known as ‘Aranuth’ predicted this many moons ago) Whilst it has had a remarkable clearing effect on world pollution and prompted massive changes on all levels to structures such as governments, corporations, multi-nationals, and numerous other organizations all around the world, it has also prevented us from gathering and meeting in spiritual advancement groups, for meditation, channelling, yoga, tai-chi, healing, etc and other physical/metaphysical activities. I have been prompted by my guides to arrange a time and place for a channelled message. My own home appears to be a ‘suitable place’ with a few selected people attending and observing the social distancing rule. There is a limit to how many people my lounge room will accommodate with 2.5 metre social distancing rules. The date for the channeling is Thursday May 7th (Wesak) with the most propitious time of 8-30 p.m. applying. The channeled message will be posted on YouTube in the days following. ALSO: Having trouble sleeping at night? Waking in the early hours of the morning and having trouble getting back to sleep? Well many of us are, or have been, experiencing it for some time now. For myself I have been experiencing full moon - and to a much lesser extent dark moon - sleeplessness/restlessness since I was a child. Unusual child? A little gem that I stumbled across: Apparently, one of the culprits to sleeplessness is that the liver responds to moonlight. When it’s full moon, the liver tends to work harder at cleaning, filtering, and processing ... in the wee hours of the morning .. of toxins so it may be a good idea not to drink alcohol or eat tomatoes on these evenings. Tomatoes actually grow at night, under the moonlight and eating tomatoes will prompt the liver to cleanse itself of toxins. 06.01.2022 Hello everyone; As we draw closer to the ‘alteration of cosmic energy day’, apexing lunch time Saturday the 4th of April, it is important to remember to be still and quiet, reject any and all old negative memories, thoughts, and experiences, fill yourself with Light and radiate Divine Love and Light to self and all of the world at that time. You can continue that on through the afternoon and night. I have already been feeling the changed energy coming in it is not unusual a...s I generally sense and feel these energies well before the event and it reminds me to commence stillness, and deep meditation and radiation of the Divine Love and Light right now! Generate positive thoughts and emotions, and an attitude of receiving unique and individual energy upliftment. Allow feelings of personal safety, good health, a strong immune system, along with the trinity of acceptance, gratitude, and appreciation of being part of this grand planetary energy amplification.
