24.01.2022 The Maldon & Baringhup Agricultural Show committee wish to inform all our members, volunteers, sponsors, competitors and patrons that we have made the difficult... decision to cancel the 2020 Maldon & Baringhup Agricultural Show. The decision was not an easy one to make, but due to the covid-19 pandemic we feel it is the right one. The health & safety of everyone involved is our number one priority. 20.01.2022 Congratulations to the Maldon & Baringhup Agricultural Society on the success of their grant application "Powering our Community to a strong future" The Maldon & Baringhup Agricultural Society applied for, and were successful in obtaining funding of $116,154.18 ex GST for 3 projects, Installing extra seating, sheep pens and generator, power boards and PA speakers. Well done everyone, hopefully more of these types of successes can be celebrated in the coming years. Look forward to seeing the finished product. Every user of the Maldon Racecourse Reserve will see some benefit from the improvements.

07.01.2022 Just to let everyone know that today 31/12/19 is my last day as secretary/treasurer of the Maldon Recreation Reserve Committee of Management. After 13 years as a volunteer in this position l am stepping down. I would like to thank all of those that l have dealt with over the years. I think the Governme...nt both Federal and States are doing a pretty good job so far, and have avoided the tragedies we have witnessed, in other countries.
