19.01.2022 All our meat here at Malee Made in Thailand is cooked using a technique known as sous vide (pronounced sue-veed), which means under vacuum in French, referring to the process of vacuum-sealing food in a bag, then cooking it to a very precise temperature in a water bath. We use this cooking technique as it delivers consistent results every time, impossible to achieve through any other cooking method.
