11.01.2022 This weekend was a lazy one for us, so we decided to practice what we preach and #supportlocal by visiting our favourite local fish and chips shop, Ray Jays in Mooloolaba. We love their beautiful fresh fish and perfectly crunchy chips, and always get a helping of tempura prawns and battered oysters as an extra snack. Our Maleny Cuisine Sweet Chilli and Ginger sauce and our Spicy Tomato Sauce makes perfect accompaniments as a dipper with a little kick! 04.01.2022 Who doesn't love pulled pork tacos as an easy, tasty meal over the weekend? I tried a delicious slow-cooked pulled pork recipe of @curtisstone but substituted his homemade Apple-Bourbon BBQ sauce for our delicious Maleny Cuisine Special BBQ Sauce. I served it up with some warm soft tacos and a crunchy slaw dressed with a zesty mayonnaise. The girls loved it, so it was a definite winner with the family!
