25.01.2022 The Mallee Netball Association office bearers have made a decision that, due to the unique circumstances being faced by the MNA at this point in time, the final Junior Development Program session will not be conducted in 2020. Participants have had the benefit of 3 exceptionally run training sessions which will have enhanced their skills and capabilities as netballers. MNA would like to extend an enormous thank you to Muriel and Cassie Walter for their exceptional leadersh...ip of the program, Carly and Allea Heintze as their keen coaching assistants and Nat Slade for managing all things administrative. A decision relating to the timing of trials for a 2021 program will be made later this year and communicated to all clubs. Thanks to all the individuals within clubs who have stepped up to oversee the COVID requirements and coaching activities to get juniors back on the courts. It is great to see junior netballers enjoying the opportunity and see the big smiles on their faces. The MNA meeting proposed to discuss the concept of an MNA carnival and Junior Development Program has been cancelled. 04.01.2022 In line with current advice in relation to the COVID 19 outbreak in SA, the Mallee Netball Association is postponing our AGM that was to be held at Lameroo next week. We will instead hold a meeting of club Presidents and delegates who wish to attend, via Zoom on Monday 30th November, 7pm. The meeting will enable the Association to undertake planning for the 2021 season. Details have been forwarded to all clubs.
