18.01.2022 We recently helped bring @thenordagency to life. With a vision for exclusively representing brands that value a Scandinavian aesthetic, sustainability and original design, The Nord Agency is an online hub for retailers, stockists and design professionals to connect with these special brands. After meeting @ms_sally founder of @thenordagency at an inspiring @simonehaag mentoring session in March this year, we were engaged to build out the brand’s minimalist but considered iden...tity starting with the brand mark. The design focuses on a custom serif typeface, with 'O' being the focal point comprising of two intercepting lines with the apex pointing North. The design is a nod to the anatomy of furniture. The word ‘Nord’ in this instance means guidance, direction and a clear path. The branded suite includes business cards, brochure stickers, style guide, tissue paper, social assets and website. The Nord Agency has made it possible for unique brands like Danish furniture icons @skagerak and OGK to have a strong presence in Australia, and to be able to share their story and educate buyers on the importance of ethical and sustainable furniture.
