23.01.2022 Worth a read. Not all about whisky and some are making great rums. Up until about 2014 there just weren't many great Aussie rums. Not true now.

09.01.2022 We're working on Virtual Tastings to be conducted in the next four months but in the immediate Post Covid lockdown in SA and in keeping with guidelines, our next public tasting "To The Islands" will be in Gawler SA on 24 September 2020. I'm curating the whiskies and will circulate a full llist with notes on 1 September 2020. So far our Program features 2 Scottish Island malts (from Arran and Skye), 1 Single Pot Still from Ireland, 1 legendary heirloom malt from Tasmania and we're sourcing a Dunedin Aged blend from NZ. The list may change depending on availability of the latter. Booking will be through EventBrite and bookings will open on 1 September.
