16.01.2022 Want to stay active throughout the day and boost your overall energy level then try these handy tips:- 1- Workout in the morning hours Working out in the morning hours when you get up makes all the muscles and joints in the body warmed up to stay active for the rest of the day and be ready for what life brings you. 2- make your breakfast count In the morning have a quick snack like a fruit before workout but don't stay hungry after workout ...either because if you are not eating after workout then you will loose muscles and feel lethargic and hungry for the rest of the day. So make your breakfast count and this is another reason why it was said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. 3- Get proper sleep This is one of the most undermined but important aspect in fitness. Sleeping properly and taking proper rest is very important because it gives time for mind and body to recover. Every now and then its fun to hangout stay late at night but try to get at least 6-8 hrs of goodnight's sleep. 4- Grab some tea Tea is so much better than many caffeinated beverages and energy drink for health reasons.
