25.01.2022 As of today it is mandatory for businesses with a Covid Safe plan to provide a Covid-Safe Check In. This is a tool to help with contact tracing. You will be required to scan this code upon entry at Mama & Bump using the camera on your mobile phone. It will direct you to a form to complete. Claire and I thank you for your cooperation in adopting this new protocol that will be present in many businesses from today onwards x

21.01.2022 Many have been asking about Coop after his operation last week. As you would be aware I started the year off advertising that I would be taking some time off to be with my son after he recovers from leg surgery. In fact I changed the dates on you guys I think three times due to changing surgery dates mixed in with Covid19. Well we made it through to the other side and Coop is recovering beautifully. This is the reason for my change of appointment hours starting from next week.... I am available only on evenings during the week and I will be offering my normal full day Saturday. Therefore no daytime appointments during the week for the next little while. Due to the COVID19 shutdown I am experiencing a longer wait time for clients to book in. Mid July is approximately the next available appointment times. I apologise in advance for those who are impacted by this and hope to have scheduling return to more reasonable time periods soon. 20.01.2022 Oh my goodness - let me start by saying IM MISSING YOU ALL! Over the last few days I have been thinking about how to integrate getting back to work as well as manage my sons surgery which I have a feeling may coincide with each other - especially with the way things are travelling (in a good way). Thank you to those who have been asking about my services returning - I thought It was a good time to touch base with you. ... While I have not received word yet that I can return to massaging Im just here to let you know that it will be likely that I will return after my sons surgery. I have begun to contact clients who were cancelled as a result of the COVID19 closedown in March and making plans to schedule bookings from early June with the proviso that these appointments be reassessed if the environmental climate changes and permission to return hasnt been granted. To best manage my sons recovery and get back to treating clients, I will only offer evening appointments on Mon, Tues, Wed and Thu as well as Saturday daytime, and the online system will reflect this soon. Bookings are not yet available but will be soon - so thank you all for you patience and loyalty - I cant wait to see you all again! 20.01.2022 THE SA GOVERNMENT HAVE GIVEN THE GO AHEAD FOR REMEDIAL MASSAGE SERVICES Well this is the good news we have been waiting for. At this stage only remedial services for acute or chronic conditions are permitted to go ahead - no relaxation treatments at this point.... Online bookings opened here last week for June onwards. These bookings I can now confirm will be going ahead and you can continue to book online. Just a reminder that bookings begin at Mama & Bump in June based around my sons upcoming amputation. If you have an urgent need to be seen in May I have limited spots available on Saturday 16th. Please contact me directly to arrange this and I apologise for the inconvenience this may cause to many. I am keen to do what I can to accommodate where I can. What changes will you see at Mama & Bump now that treatments can resume? Only remedial services are available until further advice is received by SA Health Longer times between appointments will exist to allow for additional cleaning regimes to occur in keeping with disease infection control measures resulting from COVID19 Reduced number of bookings per day. Only evening appointments during the week and Saturday day time appointments (a temporary measure during my sons recovery). Please do your part when booking in for an appointment and attending your appointment by: Booking in for treatments for an acute or chronic condition only Cancelling your appointment if you are not feeling well Respecting the two week isolation requirement if you have recently travelled outside SA borders or are in contact with someone who has. 19.01.2022 A cancellation list is now in place as available appointments have now extended into July. If you wish to join the list please simply send an email with the following details and if a spot comes up you will be contacted. Mail to: [email protected] Please advise: Your name, contact phone number and the appointment you wish to book in for (eg 60 minute pregnancy massage)... For pregnancy and postnatal treatments, please specify how many weeks gestation/postpartum you are at the time of sending the email. You may also like to mention the time period in which you would like to be contacted for a cancellation spot. Please know that you are welcome to book ahead in July and then cancel that appointment if you happen to slot into a cancellation spot. Cancellations are often few so I cant make any promises that a spot will come up but you just never know.

15.01.2022 EVENING APPOINTMENTS Thank you to everyone who has worked within my availability for the past 2 months, which has namely been evenings and Saturdays. From September I look forward to getting back to the old hours I used to offer which includes many more appointments during the days throughout the week. However since weeknights have been so well received I feel as though it might be a good idea if I offer two evenings a week instead of just the Thursday. So from September you will have the choice of evening appointments on both Wednesdays and Thursdays. Its now been 10 weeks since my son had his operation and he has recovered really well. Come September he should be very close to being back up on two feet which of course means Mama & Bump will be back on two feet too returning to normal trading hours x

12.01.2022 It is great excitement that Mama & Bump has had the opportunity to contribute to a very special cause this year! This bundle of vouchers here have been included in some very special care packages, put together by some very special people. Live On Levi is a not-for-profit organisation founded by two very loving and devoted parents Tosha and Daniel. They raise money annually through an event they run called Live on Levi Annual Memorial Run + Show and Shine. This event honours... their darling first born son Levi who passed away at 29 days. The funds raised are then used to provide care packages for parents at the Womens and Childrens Hospital who have babies on end of life care. They are packed with purposeful items to help these families, particularly items and vouchers that are useful during extended hospital stays. 12.01.2022 The SA lockdown is complete and that means its business as usual at Mama & Bump. Well COVID19 business as usual anyway. This means we continue to treat clients, keep up our strict cleaning protocols and Claire and I will continue to wear face masks. While it is recommended/encouraged that clients also wear a face mask, we ask that you please bring your own from home should you wish to wear one. Please continue to advise us if you are unwell or if you are required to isolate and we will happily reschedule your appointment.

Ive enjoyed putting gifts together for the last few weeks and for those receiving them today - I hope you love the goodies your loved ones selected for you! One of the biggest privileges I have as a massage therapist at Mama & Bump is getting to be part of the motherhood journey with many of my beautiful clients. I get to hear all the stories of complete love and devotion to their children, whether they be babies, small children or adult children. 10.01.2022 In response to the recent announcement made today by The South Australian Government and advice from our trusted Massage Association...Mama & Bump will be pausing for 6 days. No appointments will be available as we will be closed. Please know any clients who have a booking in place during this time have been contacted. 02.01.2022 Just a little update on Coop, my son, who as you all mostly know has been the reason for my ever-changing availability this year. We are now a good 3 months post his surgery and he is now learning to use his new prosthetic leg. Plenty of rehabilitation to go but really making great progress. An enormous thank you to everyone who continually ask about how Coop is going - I couldnt be luckier to have such lovely and supportive clients. Most of all, thank you to everyone who has continued to be patient with me as I try my hardest to increase availability while seeing Coop through his recovery x
