17.01.2022 CROCODILE Resting, submerging, collecting energy, cooling off .... If there was a day I felt like a crocodile it was today. Pregnancy massage booked with the beautiful divine fem Dani from The Birthing Tree - little pangs of do I deserve this crept in....then as sometimes you do need permission to let go & go inward the Crocodile was just my ticket. My energy shifted to deserving & required pretty quick!... I need more and more to go inward, understand my body, my mind, my baby, how we prepare for birth, how I react & how I want to align each and every day. Dani submerged me back into my body, she made me rest for almost two hours in her world. Stretching my body with Thai Yoga Massage creating space in my spine, my torso (it is pretty compact at the moment with my little human) and creating space in my mind. 01.01.2022 CHEETAH This one caught me by surprise from a hawk to a bear to a cheetah - the analytical part of the brain sees the differences but as I reread over each of them I see their messages.
