There’s no judgement here if you have said stop crying in the past. Committing these new phrases to memory will help foster a better connection with your little one when they need it most. . It takes a lot of courage and patience to be with the full spectrum of emotions from your toddler (and yourself). To accept what is. Holding space for your little one takes patience and strength. Unless you can take everyone you’ve ever loved, all your friends and people who care for you and who you care for everywhere you go... your heart is always split.
