16.01.2022 After all the crazy Christmas baking, I promised myself not to switch on my oven until the new year. But seeing all those chocolates and oreos while cleaning my pantry today, i coulnt resist the temptation of whipping this COOKIES n CREAM Cake.

15.01.2022 Project for the week was a KFC cake for my first born son on his brthday. The bucket was made from two 9 inches and two 8 inches round cakes. The chicken drumsticks were from the trimmings of the bucket. Considering that we were experiencing a week of heatwave, temperature in its mid-40s making the SMB melt and fondant too soft that it was ripping apart, I am still happy with the way the cake turned out.

15.01.2022 Late last night i was asked to produce a cake for today. Doesnt matter what kind of cake as long as it passes as a First Communion Cake. What I made was a Mocha Cake decorated with a 2D chalice and host. Must have been the quickest unplanned cake I made.

02.01.2022 Watched MKR last Sunday. The contestant served Carrot Cake with Pineapple and Ginger for dessert. Judges Verdict: Dry, cant taste the ginger, cant taste the pineapple. That inspired me to make my version of the Carrot Cake. With Pineapple, toasted Coconuts and Cinnamon, frosted with Cream Cheese and decorated with Buttercream Carrots for Sonja Andanovas Coffee and Tea with friends. The Girls Verdict: AMAZING
