Hope you are keeping fit and healthy in these crazy times we have found ourselves in, I would just like to outline how MPP is always committed to your well-being and what is happening in my kitchen to keep you nourished during these times. Firstly you'll find the menu may be slightly altered to usual due to availability of products such as coconut cream or passata so we are keeping it real and keeping it fresh fresh fresh which is always best. The kitchen I use ...is in a remote location so away from the general public and only a limited number of people have access to it, I always sanitize the benches, boards, knives and utensils before and after use and use disposable gloves while preparing and serving your food. I am fortunate that my meat comes from Ballina country meats and my veggies from Ballina fresh fruit and veggies both of which provide high quality products strait to me no middle man or woman. Your meals are prepared and cooked by myself and I do have another Mama who comes to help me with the plating up of your meals and cleaning to make sure high standards are always achieved, our commitment is always to work healthy. When it comes to delivering I am committed to keeping the social distancing so although Mama loves a chat we best keep this between the screen door or via our phones I will be knocking and putting your meals at your door or if you would like to leave an esky out with ice bricks I can message you when I have delivered or if I have key access I will be wiping and sanitizing between deliveries. I aim to be able to keep you fueled with the best products as always looking after your health and my own as a responsibility to us all.
