24.01.2022 Another epic retreat put on by @pressureproject and @salt_sessions_freediving. Always fun being one of the instructors and being a part of everyone’s freediving journey.

22.01.2022 This weekend was joyous because we had sunshine, blue water and we went freediving! Congratulations to these legends for their achievements and thank you for making the day so great. A huge well done and we look forward to flipping around in long fins with you again soon!

13.01.2022 Why do we freedive? . Life can get busy, overwhelming and out of control, just look at 2020. Sometimes just taking a moment to breathe and reconnect with our surroundings and self is all we need to reset back into a calmer state. . Freediving is a wonderful way to unplug from daily life and tune back into yourself, whilst having a ridiculously great time.... . Learning to confront stress and pressure underwater can translate into lessons that we can bring up from the deep, into our daily lives. And it’s all on one breath. Just you and the big blue. Plus, you can get some aesthetic AF pictures . @adamsellarsfreediver See more

09.01.2022 Just a few quick above-water snaps from another incredible Mount Gambier Retreat, freediving in the stunning Kilsby Sinkhole, meeting more ocean-loving folk and eating amazing sustainably caught food. Super grateful to be part of the instructor team, led by Adam of The Pressure Project and Eckhart from Salt Sessions Freediving. If you’ve never experienced the crystal clear waters of Kilsby’s before, look up these boys’ next retreat and get involved!
