21.01.2022 With the recent news of the PS4 Ark Servers. Nitrado being the only hosting provider to have the OFFICIAL Documents on how to setup these servers. MME have been gathering information and have gained access to the files for the PS4 Servers. However we are left without documentation for it and have been doing the trial/error approach to find out the required settings. In other words its like buying an IKEA flat pack that came with no instructions and its a matter of time before it all comes together or an admin flipping a table. Nevertheless those who have joined the waiting list will be notified once we are successful OR Wildcard Studios release the documents to other 3rd party providers.

17.01.2022 Hello everyone With the current storm alerts and forecasts for the next few days we will be trying to keep our servers online for long as possible however the weather severity will be unpredictable and we are bracing for potential downtime. We have made arrangements for extra fuel for our generators but ISP issues will be outside of our control, and with the storm coverage predicted by the Bureau we can expect some issues to arise. 13.01.2022 Hello Everyone, Firstly, our sincere apologies of the extended downtime over the past few days and we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding in the matter. So that we are transparent, please see below the full outline of what happened and why.... On December 17th, our previous ISP provider had mistakenly cut off our internet from the old premises. As this was a Sunday, we weighed our options and it was decided that it would be faster to move to the new premises to get operational rather than having the ISP correct their mistake as they were not providing a solid timeframe, the one we were provided with was at least 2 business days. Unfortunately, we ran into unexpected networking issues at the new premises that significantly delayed the move. This was mainly tied to TCAdmin and SQL Databases. As of the 19th at 12PM, the TCAdmin and SQL database issues have been resolved and all servers are communicating. The current status is that we are in the process of manually updating internal IP addresses to migrate to the new systems. Once this has been complete, your servers will be fully accessible. As this is a manual process to change each individual server, this will take some additional time. We estimate that all servers will be migrated in 3 hours (December 19th, 3PM). Your server may appear earlier and you can periodically check. Please note that tickets may be delayed as we sort through backlogs. We will endeavour to respond to you ASAP. We thank you for your patience and understanding. We know this has been a rough move and have put provisions in place to minimize future downtime and provide better notice where able. 12.01.2022 Update. We are just waiting for Tcadmin to renew our licencing and for us to iron out a few network issues and we will slowly bring the tcadmin servers back online. Unfortunately all clients will have to wait another 1-10 hours. All clients will be given a credit for downtime. Thanks for understanding.

10.01.2022 Hello everyone Due to Powercore doing maintanace on the power grid we have switched over to our generators. We are haveing issues starting our secondary generator and our battery bank is nearly depleted. We are working hard to get it going but may result in servers being shutdown.

05.01.2022 Hello Everyone. We are currently experiencing a major dropout that effected our region. We are working with the NBN and our ISP's to get this rectified ASAP. We dont have an estimation on when services will be restored. We are sorry for the inconvenience but this situation is out of our hands.

05.01.2022 Network Interruption Notice Telstra has advised us that our service on the nbn network may be interrupted on 7 November 2017 between 11:00pm and 6:00am, as maintenance is scheduled to be performed by nbn co on the nbn network in our area. We apologise for any inconvenience. Why is this needed?... nbn co needs to perform maintenance activity on the nbn network from time to time. We'll keep you informed about nbn cos planned maintenance activity, as nbn co advises us of this information.

01.01.2022 clients with Ports number range of 57### you will be unable to access your server or tcadmin untill our maintanace/optimization run is complete. All servers will be stoped to allow our admin programs to run faster. We were hopeing this could be done in the background. But in the process it has shutdown some clients servers and our Tcadmin monitor's. Our estimate is around 1 hour.
