18.01.2022 Tight and Bright for mental health. A huge thank you again to everybody that was able to donate and work out in their bright kit. Things that I have found useful in my life to help push through any barriers that may arise no matter what the situation. I’m still learning but hey that’s the beauty of life.

16.01.2022 The half marathon was lonely. Just me, my music and my thoughts. Life doesn’t have to be. One of the best things I’ve learnt is how to comprehend how I’m feeling and allow my self to feel that way without the guilt. I talk to those closest around me as much as I can to reflect. Forgive yourself.. you’re doing pretty good to be here right now. #nextstep

When you sense dangerwhether it's real or imaginedthe body's defenses kick into high gear in a rapid, automatic process known as the fight-or-flight reaction or the stress response. The stress response is the body's way of protecting you. With all this covid getting around I find myself thinking about my family back home and when or if I’ll Ever see them again. ... Day to day when I’m busy I know I’m making them proud but when I relax I struggle and just wanna give them a big hug to know they’re ok. These are the times I try to embrace what I’m feeling, let it all come out through music and use it as a positive to keep moving forward in certain things like training and education.. What is something you do to help with the anxiety that comes from the unknown?
