19.01.2022 Hello Mana family, Meet our squad member Daniel - For a professional athlete, you know you’ve made it in life when your adoring fans create your very own Wikipedia Page. Having defied all the odds (i.e. height) working his way into the elite echelon of professional sport, Daniel was an integral part of a world-conquering Australian rugby team for several years. Despite his accomplishments on the field and in his sporting career, Daniel remains down-to-earth and steadfast in ...his faith, which he credits for all his achievements. Part and parcel of professional sport, and indeed in life, is to stay grounded during the highs and recover from the lows. Easy to say, but it takes a person of immense resolve to do just that. Daniel is one such resilient individual, who has faced career-ending injuries multiple times - each time recovering stronger and faster. As a community youth leader, Daniel is most passionate about transforming lives. A role model to many, he is able to relate to young people and their experiences seamlessly. By channelling his life and professional experiences into invaluable, practical mentorship, Daniel is selfless and always ready to lend a hand. His genuine compassion and love for people is infectious; a reason why so many call him their best mate. In his spare time, Daniel loves to stay active, which he needs to be to keep up with his four adorable kids. Daniel is also a sneaker-head, with his burgeoning collection of Air Jordan basketball shoes his new pride and joy. Having said all that, however, Daniel is best known for having a sweet tooth. When he sees you with donuts (or anything sugary) in hand, odds are that he will slyly ask you, what does that taste like? in the hope that you would offer him some. You have been warned.
