24.01.2022 Michelangelo Effect & Work? Your relationship with your work is more hours than with your partner! Lockdown might have turbo-charged a phenomenon known as The Michelangelo Effect, which refers to the way we are more likely to develop into the kind of person we want to be if we’re with an employer who supports and encourages us to behave in line with our aspirations akin to a sculptor helping to reveal our ideal self. How have YOU CHANGED? http://ow.ly/M6es50Df9Sp

15.01.2022 BREAKING: Queensland borders will open to the Australian Capital Territory at 1am on Friday, September 25. I have spoken with Chief Minister Andrew Barr to conf...irm the ACT will be removed as a hotspot. We’ll work with ACT authorities to make sure appropriate checks are in place at Canberra Airport for people flying into Queensland. Anyone who has been in a declared hotspot in the past 14 days will not be allowed into Queensland. This is another step towards ensuring Queensland’s economy rebounds, not the virus. #covid19au

08.01.2022 Hotel quarantine system needs to apply Risk management standards & COPS & Laws & let a high level Safety Professional Advise the process! Yes we need one system! Yes it can be done! Yes Remote would have huge advantages but with a risk assessment and full planning all questions would be answered...! Review a national incident report (National Quarantine) managed by your Head Contractor (PCBU) The Commonwealth - who outsourced this to their subcontractors (PCBUs) - the states... - with little to no scope & no consistent standards. What outcome would be expected if you did the same approach for a build of a high rise, a rail job, a new product made at various places and new computer program build with no scope - we want you to make it the same - but it's up to you how you do it.... And if there's changes needed - work it out yourselves and lessons learnt will be managed by ABC News... https://www.health.gov.au//national-review-of-hotel-quaran
