23.01.2022 What a year!!!! I have had a fabulous year- which I am so very grateful. My children are healthy, happy and Thriving- what more could I ask. But it doesn't end there- I have two wonderful clients taking over their brand-new homes this coming week. I have three first-home buyers getting ready to hit the ground running in 2019 and achieve their dreams. Not to mention my other wonderful clients all just doing awesome in what they achieved in the past year. But I am also gratefu...l that I am able to run my business like I do. I enjoy it so much. I have also had the opportunity lately to do some casual work in a hospital. For me- this work was about ticking another bucket list item- and that is to be in a hospital- not to do it fulltime, but just to be surrounded by more extraodinary humans and learn more. My point is- no matter how busy you are with what you are currently doing- don't let other opportunities pass you by. Grab every opportunity as if it is your last and live your life to the fullest- even if that opportunity is daunting (ie, how the hell can I run a business but do some casual work in a hospital while being a mum') But I'm doing it- and so far I think I'm doing it well. And I am enjoying it. I wish you all a VERY Merry Christmas. I am very much looking forward to 2019- being apart of more home settlements and helping people to reach their goals. See more

Does your branch manager answer to FB private messages, help you on a weekend when putting an offer in on a home, answer text messages after business hours, talk direct to your agent/solicitors and sometimes even the pest and inspection guys, have over 20 lenders and a huge amount of product to chose from? If so, well- they are doing a pretty good job because this is rare within the branches! But what I can say is- I do! I may not answer straight away, particularly on FB as I read them at random places. But I do try my best to be there when you need- a lot of big bank branches don't! So rather than walking into a branch hoping for that same service because its what seems like the 'right conservative' thing to do- come to me instead. I will do what is best for you!

I can’t express to them enough how thankful I am. lateLy, the Big lenders have been honing in on our customers, making promises to them that I know will not be met. Funny how the big banks approach our customers nd promise the world but couldn’t get the deals done in the first place. The couple who dropped me this off tonight has restored my faith in this industry (plus I’m super proud of them!). Because good mort...gage brokers get the deals done or are the ones who put you on the path to make it happen. Big banks simpLy shut you done. I’m urging everyone to support your local broker. (Even if it is not me). We are the ones (the good brokers) who lay awake at night making sure your dreams come true. The big banks dont. Don’t chase that interest rate the is slightly lower. Do your calculations... you will find it’s usually no better off. And in the long run- you end up looking for better customer service anyway away from the big guys! support local.
