Manburley Farm along with breeder, Lyndon Turner are pleased to offer everyone the opportunity to become involved in racehorse ownership at a cost that suits the individual. On this occasion, we have been offered a well grown 2yo Filly by popular sire, A Rocknroll Dance out of Abercrombie Jess, or Abbie as she is known at home. Our last adventure into attracting people into racehorse ownership was well received and we hope this occasion will be no different. There is no upfront purchase price as we have been given this filly on lease by breeder, so your expenses will consist of monthly fees dependent on the percentage of Abbie you wish to be involved in. Lyndon has already thrown his support behind this venture by remaining in the ownership of this filly. The initial lease will run to the end of her 5yo season (2022/2023) Abbie, has a half-brother who has won 5 races, with a further 5 placings to his credit for $30,280 in prizemoney, along with a 2 million dollar earner in her family. Abbie is a sweet natured filly who has already been paid up for all the feature races including Vicbred, Vicbred Platinum, Australasian Breeders Crown and Bathurst Gold Crown. 23.01.2022 Early start for a Sunday... off to Maryborough trials. Wendy, Wendys Watching, returns to the trials after a short let up after 2 good trials during her previous preparation and Kellie, Cash Boost, having her first trial and aiming to qualify. Kellie has been with us since breaking her in last season and we thank her owners for this opportunity. Also, Oscar, the tour guide, came to keep everyone in check.

23.01.2022 We embarked on a new adventure today, with Abbie (ARocknroll Dance x Abercrombie Jess filly) commencing work for her new ownership group. Its great to see so many first timers taking this opportunity to become involved in Harness Racing, we look forward to getting to know you more as this journey unfolds. A special thanks to breeder, Lyndon Turner, for granting us this opportunity, but also staying involved in the ownership. Still enjoys having his rug on and his feet trimmed, he is also a valuable member of our team as he looks after the weanlings and pulls them into line. #TheKid

22.01.2022 Breaker No.5 done and dusted. Molly, a filly by Shadow Play x 9 time winning mare, Ima Miss Molly. On account of Laraine McKenzie, Molly paced from day 1 in the cart, really enjoyed her work and was a lovely mover. We look forward to seeing her back for another preperation after a well deserved break.

19.01.2022 Spring is in the air and the mares paddock for them to foal down in is ready for action, with alot of help from mother nature. We will see the first occupant in the coming days enter this paddock with our first foal due the first week of September. Exciting times to come.

19.01.2022 With the start of August, so begins the count down until the next champions (Hopefully) are born. We dont have to wait too much longer now with our mares due early September. The girls have arrived home and now the waiting game begins.

Interesting fact: Melpark Miccoles's first win as a racehorse she beat 'Cherry Sweet' ( we trained her at the time), who is the grandmother of 'Eggy', which also came into the stables today to be broken in! #SmallWorld

12.01.2022 With Wendys Watching stepping out tonight for her first race appearance, it will also be the first occasion were we proudly support the Pacing for the Cure charity, which is raising money and support for MS sufferers. This will be a significant night as one of Wendys owners, Andrew Lydeamore, suffers from MS and this charity bought Andrew a wheelchair.

09.01.2022 Dolly, Four Starzz Shark x Lavender Bullant Filly, is now a #ManburleyGraduates and our 19th completed breaker for this season, which equals our most productive season in terms of numbers. Dolly is owned by one of our most loyal suppprters in Gary Jackson, and we will see her back again after a short spell.

04.01.2022 Were off to trials Sunday with Emma aka Yellow Bow. Emma enjoyed a spell after her last start 5th and seems a much more mature horse this time around and fronts up in Trial 5. We also get the opportunity to see how #ManburleyGraduates of last season are progressing with Manny, Manguito, who goes around in Trial 1 and Leo, Variegated, who steps out in Trial 7. Both horses prepared by Alexandra Hurley.
