25.01.2022 MOTIVATE and PASSION because I really need to finish this table setting off and it's been one of those weeks/fortnights.

25.01.2022 Some more variety and different sizes...even the big daddy banana bag

24.01.2022 It's been a while since I have done anything but I decided to pick up the paint brushes again and give this wooden box a makeover. Trying my hand at a freehand mandala. This is just the base, details are still to come. Hope it turns out great. It's nice to be painting again but definitely will be taking things slower this year with homeschooling and the life of a single mum of 4. Hope everyone is great. Stay tuned for some more progress shots.. Love and Light, Nikki

23.01.2022 I seem to be venturing off into different ventures lately. In looking at reducing our waste even more, today I made my own beeswax wraps and I'm quite happy with how they turned out so much prettier then glad wrap.

22.01.2022 All done Can't wait till this beauty is the canvas for lots of beautiful artwork in this lovely teachers classroom!

17.01.2022 A custom piece for a classroom....super excited to bring this one to life

17.01.2022 This table is a bit of a healing piece for me. It was my parents table before I was born, then came over to Australia with us, then it was my mum's and then mine. It has spent a few years in the shed bit I decided while I'm doing some inner child healing this is a perfect table to play with. Can anyone guess what I'm doing?? The best bit about my own stuff is I can go a bit out there

17.01.2022 Getting there, tables distressed now to finish the chairs and she's ready

16.01.2022 Because overloading myself is a talent of mine I decided the kids coffee table needed to have a chalk board top and some prettiness obviously in need of some paint therapy.

15.01.2022 Some last minute adjustments...we decided to stick with solid white chairs instead of the distressing, it looks alot fresher. Can't wait to see it go to it's new home.

09.01.2022 I love sanding, it's so therapeutic and I love finding some beautiful wood underneath shabby exteriors. I'm excited to do this sweet little custom order for a returning customer.

09.01.2022 And it's done, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Happy mandala.

07.01.2022 Testing my hand at something a bit different, I'm making my own produce bags, I've been using Onya produce bags for ages now and love them but I need more so I thought I would give making my own a whirl. Super happy with how I turned out. Top photo is comparison mine on the left, onya on the right.

07.01.2022 First glimpse of what this custom table is going to transform into

07.01.2022 Nearly done this custom piece for a lovely teachers classroom

05.01.2022 And it's just about done, just waiting for the customers ok before I varnish it.

05.01.2022 A quick mini makeover! I had to do a quick replace of my buffet and had this in the shed, I couldn't handle how dark it was so thought I would whack some paint on the doors and brighten it up a bit. See where it goes from here. Super lazy job but colour makes everything better

03.01.2022 Getting there, 2 chairs second coat is done on and one is distressed. Getting a bit more of an idea of the finished product.
