21.01.2022 New research could help explain the link between mind and body, showing that adults who practiced mindfulness meditation had reduced levels of a key inflammation biomarker, known as Interleukin-6. That's important because, in high doses, Interleukin-6 has been linked to inflammation-related diseases such as cancer, Alzheimer's, and autoimmune conditions.

18.01.2022 I'm also completing a 100 day connection experiment and documenting my results. It continues to fascinate me how insightful you become when you sit in silence. The great thing is, you can benefit from 10 minutes of daily meditation, you don't have to commit to 2 hours.

08.01.2022 Manifesting has always been something that I've struggled with, I could get the 'what I want' and 'invite it in' but struggled with letting go of how it would get here. During today's meditation I came up with a simple analogy. Treat it like an invitation you'd send a friend to a party you're hosting. Step One - Picture what you want in life (just like you'd picture a friend you want to invite to your party) Step Two - Send it an invitation (imagine a written invitation to the thing you want and send it) Step Three - Don't be concerned about how 'you'll get it' (you wouldn't worry about how your friend will get to your party, would you?)
