23.01.2022 LOCAL HERO// One of our favourite familiar faces within the Mandalay Community is Gayle, our local lolly pop lady who mans the pedestrian crossing for Beveridge Primary School. Gayle has been looking after the crossing since April and truly loves the local families and beautiful surrounds of Mandalay Estate. As a crossing supervisor, she has seen the children learn about road and crossing safety and is very proud. She loves hearing the children say 'You'll be crossing me nex...t year' as they move up to the senior campus of the school. Gayle is undeniably loved among the Mandalay community, so be sure to say hi next time you're crossing!
