25.01.2022 I will be making an update regarding group classes this week, changes to be made to give people safer options.

25.01.2022 Hello to all. Just an update on what’s happening with the studio regarding the COVID-19, if you feel comfortable all private lessons will continue as normal. Taking into consideration the recent government announcement (which I’m monitoring daily) of numbers allowed indoors I will continue group classes if enough people attend but will keep you all updated as things progress. I am currently looking into the idea of online classes. A FEW THINGS I REQUIRE YOU ALL DO Please stay... away from class and lessons if you feel unwell or have any flu like symptoms. Please wash hands thoroughly, the liquid in the toilets is antibacterial. Please bring your own water bottles and towels to the studio as I’m trying to limit contact on provided water bottles in the fridge, water is available for purchase. 21.01.2022 Wishing everyone a happy Easter. I have recommenced rehab and it’s going well. Fingers crossed I will be back on the dance floor soon. It will be a staggered start with Group Learn to Dance Classes first, then private lessons and lastly Zumba classes. Enjoy your Easter

18.01.2022 Dancing is returning to weddings! From November 1, up to 40 people can dance at weddings with a COVID Safe Plan, including the bride and groom. From Decemb...er 1, restrictions will be eased further so anyone attending a wedding with a COVID Safe Plan can get out on the dance floor and celebrate. At that time, we’ll look at whether we can also relax dancing restrictions at other venues and events. I know many couples have been looking forward to being able to dance with guests on their special day, and thanks to the amazing work Queenslanders have done to stay safe, dancing at weddings is on its way back. Remember, if you’re unwell, stay home and get tested.

15.01.2022 IT’s TIME Social classes will recommence Tuesday 8th September, the Latin class will be from 7-8pm. Wednesday night will still be our Ballroom, New Vogue/Old Time Sequence evening same time 7-8pm. Due to COVID these classes will be partner only or solo, no changing on partners. The cost is $15.00 per person and it would be greatly appreciated if you could let as many people know it’s starting as some people don’t have social media. Thankyou and I will see you all in a few weeks, don’t forget we are at the new location

14.01.2022 Hi all Just a quick update, with the last lot of restrictions lifted we can have 20 people in the studio however that is with social distancing but have been informed it appears all can go back to normal after the July restriction lift do not long to wait now. From 4pm on Tuesday 17 November, you can dance at outdoor venues, whether that’s at an outdoor music ...festival or your favourite beer garden. And all guests at weddings can celebrate by dancing the night away at both indoor and outdoor venues. We’re easing restrictions carefully to keep Queenslanders safe, so our economy can open further and we can get back to doing more of the things we love. 12.01.2022 Just letting you all know that unfortunately the studio won’t be reopening next week due to some additional surgery I had to have. At this stage I’m planning to reopen Monday 15th February if my rehabilitation goes according to plan. When I reopen the group learn to dance classes on Tuesday and Wednesday nights, I will have Beginners at 7pm and Advanced at 8pm. I would greatly appreciate your feedback on whether you would be happy with the class returning to the progressive system or remain as they have been. Please leave a comment below this post. 10.01.2022 Hello all, it’s with much regret that I have to inform you that I’m unable to return to dancing at this stage, I will let you know as soon as I am physically well enough to return and get full medical clearance. It’s certainly true what they say, you don’t realise what you have until it’s gone, I miss dance and all the wonderful people that attend the studio and look forward to returning as soon as possible.

09.01.2022 Hello everyone, it’s unprecedented times we live in at present so as we are all to play our role in preventing unnecessary spreading of COVID-19 I am suspending all group social dance classes on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Zumba classes will operate strictly adhering to the social distancing regulations and all private lessons will be contacted personally. Please share this post or notify any friends that you know who attend classes. I will keep you updated of any changes.

05.01.2022 Happy New Year to all Just a quick update about when the studio reopens in 2021. As you all know I had some surgery the day the studio closed and because of this I’m not allowed to dance for at least 6 weeks so at this stage I’m looking at Monday 1st February so I will keep you updated and hopefully will get surgeons clearance soon. I’m looking forward to seeing you all and it would be appreciated if you could pass this on to as many people as possible.
